washed cascara from Finca Irlanda in Mexico.
combined it with world’s finest hazelnuts from Piemonte.

about Finca Irlanda

cherry pulp from the best cherries of the harvest.

Walter Peters' cascara is made from organic coffee produced according to biodynamic principles on his farm, Finca Irlanda. The cascara is certified Organic and Demeter, guaranteeing a pesticide-free cascara! This cascara is made from washed process coffee. Most of the varieties used are resistant to coffee rust, related to the Catimor type. The cherry pulp was recovered from the best cherries of the harvest. Walter Peters is one of the pioneers of biodynamic coffee growing in Mexico. While coffee pulp was originally used as fertilizer on the farm, Finca Ireland's production of cascara as a coffee co-product dates back to 2020.
