Shipping policy

Our team does the utmost to have your parcel ready for pick up within 48 hours after you have made your order. As a result your order will, on average, be delivered 72 hours following your online order (depending on the country of destination). For orders made on Saturday or Sunday, this average time can be a bit longer. 

Delivery of orders placed on our site is handled by one of the following carriers : Bpost, DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or Budbee. 
We deliver to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Once we have offered your parcel to one of our carriers, you will receive a mail confirming your order has been shipped, followed by a track & trace notification. 
You will be able to track your parcel at any given timing. 

Our team does every effort in packaging our products to be able to have them delivered to you in the best possible conditions.
