As coffee lovers we missed the possibility to get an alternative (hot) beverage with the same clean profile, brew experience & origin storytelling. The world of coffee has changed massively over the last 25 years, with baristas and small roasters defining the new landscape through a focus on specialty coffee. We feel that the same evolution can be made with cocoa beans. Currently consumed by many as (commodity) chocolate, but rarely appreciated for its full potential, health & energy benefits, origin experience & flavour profiles ... As an independent craft business, we’re able to bring value to the table. Thinking from a specialty mindset and having a quality product recognized by the community, winning international industry awards and being served both at specialty power houses and individual cafés throughout Europe.
